Weifang Jiasheng Lianxin Casting Materials Co., Ltd. is jointly constructed and operated by Weifang Jiasheng Group and Liaoning Lianxin Casting Sand Group.

The company invested 50 million yuan to introduce the more advanced international production line of reclaimed sand coated sand produced by Taiwan Jinying, China. Using Japanese core technology, it can regenerate all kinds of cold core sand, resin sand and tide mold sand produced by casting.

The project is designed to produce 72000 tons of recycled sand and 50000 tons of coated sand per year, which is the largest production base of recycled sand and coated sand in Shandong Province. The recycled sand products treated by the project have the characteristics of low expansion and low gas emission, which can improve the quality of customers' castings.
