2. shelling mold design is unreasonable, the core box temperature is not uniform, so that the low temperature parts of the low strength and shelling. Coated sand production equipment has low melting point, slow curing speed and low thermal strength. Improve the mold structure, so that the temperature distribution is uniform, the selection of high melting point, fast curing speed, high thermal strength of the resin.

3. casting porosity core exhaust is not smooth, resin sand gas volume or gas rate is not appropriate, sand core curing is not complete. Improve the exhaust system, improve the exhaust effect, the selection of high concentration or coarse raw sand, the use of low gas film sanding process.

The local strength of 4. through-core sand core is low or loose, and the crust thickness is thin. Improve the mold structure, make the temperature distribution uniform, select the resin with high melting point, fast curing speed and high thermal strength, adjust the sand shooting pressure and improve the exhaust system.

5. casting sticky sand original sand SiO2 content is low, the core surface is not dense. Adjust the sand injection pressure, improve the exhaust effect of the core box, make the surface of the sand core more dense, and adopt high temperature resistant coated sand production equipment or zirconium sand coated sand production equipment.
