"Zhangwu Lianxin" was established by Liaoning Lianxin Casting Sand Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Jinying Casting Materials (Suzhou Industrial Park) Co., Ltd., affiliated to Taiwan Jinjing Industrial Group. It was established in 2014. Its main business is the processing and sales of composite silica sand, the development and promotion of casting used sand recycling technology, and used sand recycling services. It is engaged in the research and development, production, sales and service of various types of coated sand, possesses the qualifications of foreign trade operators and customs import and export rights.

When it comes to scientific and technological innovation, "Zhangwu Lianxin" is most proud of having the only provincial R & D center for casting materials approved by Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Department.

Since its establishment, the company has always paid attention to the construction of R & D technical team. There are 18 R & D technical personnel, creating a technical team and management team with profound professional knowledge and rich work experience to ensure that the company's technical level is leading and management is more standardized. At present, the company has two international advanced special composite silica sand (coated sand) processing production lines and old sand recycling production lines, with full automatic control, stable product quality and high technical content. Entering the coated sand production workshop of "Zhangwu Lianxin", there are no more workers except forklifts and drivers transporting finished products. Only tiny grains of silica sand enter the full-automatic coated sand production line through the conveyor belt. After cleaning, stirring, high temperature and other processes, they are sold to all parts of the country after being bagged from the sand outlet.

"As the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection issues, the reuse of foundry waste sand will also be a rigid requirement for foundry enterprises by local governments." Tao Yongquan said that the use of old sand after regeneration can not only save the direct costs and site costs required for waste sand disposal, but also alleviate the increasingly tight logistics pressure and overcome the pressure of logistics costs caused by rising crude oil prices. Based on this, "Zhangwu Lianxin" adopts the international leading thermal method-mechanical composite method to regenerate the old casting sand, and the regenerated waste sand can be reapplied to the production of molding sand, coated sand and resin sand to promote the "closed loop" use of silica sand materials in foundries.

At present, "Zhangwu Lianxin" has reached agreements with Shandong Haoxin Group, "Weichai Power" and Fujian Huikun Group on used sand recycling projects to build recycled sand production lines and provide customers with recycled sand services. Practice shows that the promotion of this technical service in the foundry industry has greatly reduced the procurement cost of enterprises, reduced the cost of discarding, reduced the cost of logistics, transshipment and packaging, and effectively contributed to the win-win interests of foundry manufacturers and technology suppliers.
