The new aluminum-zirconium series ceramic sand (powder) is made of high aluminum ore and zircon ore as main materials, and is mixed with a certain proportion of functional additives after preparation, high temperature melting, crushing, water washing, drying and grinding, according to the different materials and production conditions of customers, there are specific products to meet the production and use needs of customers. Material advantages

1. The new type of aluminum zirconium ceramic sand (powder) is neutral refractory material;

2. The refractoriness of the new aluminum-zirconium ceramic sand (powder) is> 1800°C;

3. Thermal expansion rate (0.02~0.12) ceramic sand (powder) is better than zirconium sand (powder) (0.18);

4. Thermal conductivity (0.42~0.70) ceramic sand (powder) and zircon sand (powder) close;

5. As the surface layer and the back layer of bauxite material partial reaction, that is, to improve the strength of the-shaped shell, there will be no difficulty in removing the shell;

6. High cost performance, no obvious difference between the use effect and the effect of zircon powder, but it has obvious price advantage than zircon sand;

7. Ceramic sand (powder) according to the casting material different preparation of different models, can be applied to different precision casting requirements.

 

Precautions for product use:

1. The powder-liquid ratio (mass ratio) is recommended to be controlled between 3.0 and 3.4, and the viscosity value (Jens 4) is 40-45s. The newly prepared coating needs to be stirred for more than 12h, and the addition of new powder needs to be stirred for more than 8h;

2. Suitable for casting single piece mass 0.2kg- 26kg; Casting wall thickness is 3mm- 35mm. After the casting is cleaned, the dimensional accuracy of small parts is above (GB/T6414- -1999) CT6, and the surface roughness Ra = 3.2 ~ 6.3μm; the large parts are above CT7 ~ CT8, and the casting deformation is small, and the surface roughness Ra = 6.3~12.6 μm;

3. Ceramic powder slurry cannot be stored for a long time. The shelf life is about 30 days. Water should be added regularly. New materials should be added every few days. The longer the storage time, the more new materials should be added.
